John’s background includes building teams and processes across medical products, logistics, and real estate operations, with an emphasis on integrity, accountability, and durable execution.
Kimberly supports Tech-Medical Services, Inc. as FDA Compliance and Quality Manager, leading quality system governance, document control, supplier quality, and regulatory readiness. Kimberly is a licensed nurse practitioner in Missouri and brings a clinical lens to quality, labeling, and risk-based decision making. The goal is a simple, consistent Quality Management System that supports reliable product performance and customer trust.

LeAnn McKee serves as Customer Service Manager and Inside Sales Support at Tech-Medical Services, Inc. She brings broad experience across customer service, purchasing, product development, quality and compliance, and account support, with more than a decade of experience at Tech-Medical. Her background also includes direct sales support for OR equipment, laparoscopic devices, and Dilon Navigator systems across multiple states.
